Louie C. Schwinck was born on March 5, 1887 to parents Elizabeth and Ernest Schwinck near Wilsner, Nebraska. He grew up in Wisner, and after an education in eastern Nebraska, he returned to work near Holt County, Nebraska. He designed many homes in Stuart, Stanton, and O'Neill, Nebraska. He married Pearl in 1966 and they had three children. Louie died on November 12, 1967 while living in California.[1]
