Partners:
Lietz & Latenser was a short-lived architectural partnership that practiced in Omaha from 1886-1887. According to a newspaper notice, both had recently arrived in Omaha from the east. Lietz was an architect and superintendent from Peoria, Illinois, where he had practiced for seven years. Latenser was noted as an architect and draftsman of "great skill" and "large experience."[3]
