Herbert C. Fraenkel (1890-1973), Architect
Herbert C. Fraenkel was born August 18, 1890.[3] He was an architect who spent the entirety of his career working for John Latenser & Sons, Architects. He died April 1973 in Aurora, Colorado.[3]
