Charles Stahl Ingalls (1909-2002), Architect

Charles Stahl Ingalls was born in Omaha, Nebraska on October 3, 1909.[2] He attended the University of Southern California for his undergraduate degree in Architecture.[2] Ingalls died on January 16th, 2002.[1]
