Summary

In March 1904 members of the Knights of Pythias, Woodmen, and Royal Neighbors met to discuss the possibility of erecting a lodge hall. The cornerstone for the two-story frame building, located in Kimball, was laid August 4, 1904, and the new Fraternal Hall was dedicated in March 1905. The hall represents a simplified version of the Neo-Classical Revival style.
