Joseph Frank Bicak was an architect in Lincoln, and Omaha, Nebraska. He worked for a couple years as a draftsman with Clark & Enersen in Lincoln, then moved to Omaha to be an architect for Leo A. Daly Company, where he worked for the rest of his career.
