DBA: O. M. Zander

Ozias M. Zander was born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, October 7, 1849. He practiced his trade as a carpenter and builder for twenty-two years, then moved to Omaha in November of 1890, and joined the firm, J. S. Blake, Architect. He became the owner of the company in 1894, remaining in that position until 1904.[1][7][8] Zander was married to Mary Jane B. Beach. They had a two daughters and five sons, 21 grandchildren and 25 great-grandchildren. He died at Tacoma, Washington on October 31, 1940.[4][5][8]
