Phillip Assenmacher, Jr. was born on May 16, 1891 in Lincoln, Nebraska. In 1936, at age 44, Assenmacher was named President of the Lincoln Builders Bureau. Assenmacher owned the Assenmacher Construction Company in Lincoln, Nebraska, for more than fifty years, until his death on January 24, 1977.[2][3][4]
