George B. Ferry was born in February 1852 in Massachusetts.[3][4] He was listed as an architect in Milwaukee, Wisconsin in both the 1900 and 1910 U.S. Censuses.[3][4][a] Ferry was married to Cora and was father to Robert and Mary.[3][4]
Clas could refer to either Lois A. or Peter.[5][6][b] Born December 1864 in Wisconsin, Lois A. Clas was a Milwaukee contractor and builder who was married to a woman named Sophia.[5] Peter Clas was a Milwaukee carpenter who was born in Wisconsin in May 1858.[6] He was married to Emilia and had three children.[6]
