Lincoln, Nebraska, 1984-early 2000s


Vernon Otto Plager was born on January 21, 1940 in Table Rock, Nebraska to Luella Stutheit and Otto Plager. He was a Lincoln architect, and worked for the firm Olsson Associates. Plager died on October 10, 2009.[3]
