Warren Woodrow "Woody" Hull was born on June 28th, 1912 in Lincoln, where he lived for most of his life and career. He became married to Hap Hull in 1939, and they had two children, Sondra and John. In the same year, Hull received his Bachelor’s degree from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. Hill worked for the United States Department of Agriculture from 1940-42, and his foreign travel included Mexico and Canada. Hull was an Instructor of Design at the University of Nebraska from 1946-47.[1] He was also part of the Lincoln Artists Guild and Chairman of Public Relations at the AIA in 1951. Hull died August 9, 1985. [1][5]
