He spent most of his career working with Steele, Sandham & Steele, staying as it evolved into Steele, Sandham & Weinstein and Steele, Weinstein & Associates In the latter part of his career, Nelson worked as an architect engineer for Commodore Properties, Inc. and Med Facilities. Nelson died May 10, 1981.[1][2]
