Lincoln Improvement Company was in the businesses of real estate and construction, while also offering "Plans Furnished."[4] The firm first listed a house for sale in June of 1916 and advertised properties frequently in Lincoln newspapers through the late 'teens.[1] Emmet E. Bogan was the manager.[3]
